• You have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms

• Your use of FlowScore does not violate any applicable law or regulation

If you create an account with FlowScore, you are responsible for:

• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

FlowScore reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

When using FlowScore, you agree NOT to:

You acknowledge that by creating an account, you agree to:

3. Not share your account with third parties
4. Not create multiple accounts for abusive purposes
5. Accept full responsibility for all activity under your account

FlowScore and its content are protected by intellectual property laws. You agree that:

• All trademarks, logos, and branding are the property of FlowScore
• Match data, scores, and statistics are provided for personal, non-commercial use only
• You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent
• User-generated content remains yours, but you grant FlowScore a license to display it within the service

FlowScore displays sports data, scores, and statistics sourced from third-party providers.

• We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of third-party content
• Links to external websites are provided for convenience only
• We are not responsible for the content or practices of third-party sites
• Third-party content does not imply endorsement by FlowScore

FlowScore is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding:

• The accuracy or reliability of scores and match data
• Uninterrupted or error-free service availability
• The absence of viruses or harmful components
• Fitness for a particular purpose

FlowScore does not guarantee real-time accuracy and should not be relied upon for betting or financial decisions.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, FlowScore shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of data, profits, or business opportunities
• Damages resulting from reliance on scores or statistics
• Service interruptions or downtime

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for accessing FlowScore in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FlowScore, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of the service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights

FlowScore may suspend or terminate your access at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that:

Upon termination, your right to use FlowScore ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall remain in effect.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of FlowScore shall be resolved through:

Changes become effective when published on this page.

Continued use of FlowScore after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
